FAQs & Objections

Answers to the questions we hear most.

These questions rarely come from a business that doesn't want to improve - they come from uncertainty about time, cost, disruption and whether change will actually work. Here's how we think about the ones we hear most often.

Getting started
"We already know what we need. We just need someone to implement it."

It's common to already have an idea of what you may need. Our role isn't to slow things down - it's to make sure we solve the right problem. By understanding how your business operates first, we make sure the solution we build actually supports your objectives, rather than replicating existing challenges in a new system.

"Why do we need a Diagnose phase? Can't we just start building?"

No - Diagnose and Design happen on every engagement; neither is ever skipped, however clear you already feel the answer is. Diagnose isn't a report that sits on a shelf - it's the foundation the entire solution is built on. It's designed to save time and avoid mistakes later, giving us a complete understanding of your business so that when we build, we're building something right first time and aligned with what you actually need.

"We already have a CRM or system in place. We don't need another one."

If you're spread across a handful of systems and spreadsheets, HubSpot gives you one central system for that side of the business, with its own native connectors covering many of the tools you're likely already using. If you want everything else wired in too, that's what the RevOps Partnership adds on top, through Zapier and deeper integration work. If you're already running everything through a single system that's genuinely working well, we'll tell you that honestly during Diagnose, rather than recommending a rebuild for its own sake.

What's the difference between the CRM Implementation and the RevOps Partnership?

They're two separate services. The CRM Implementation is a foundational project to get your business properly organised on HubSpot as your first, central system - Diagnose, Design, Build. The RevOps Partnership is our ongoing-partnership service for businesses who want more than that: we connect HubSpot with Zapier and your other systems, then keep improving over time - Diagnose, Design, Build, Expand, Evolve. Most businesses start with the foundation and move to the partnership when they're ready for more, but you can start with either.

Is this worth it for us?
"Our current system works fine - do we really need this?"

Many businesses reach a point where the methods that helped them grow begin creating limitations. The purpose isn't to change something that's broken - it's to make sure your systems and processes continue supporting where the business is going, before problems become urgent.

"We only need a few small changes."

Some improvements are genuinely small, and that's fine. The reason we look at the wider picture is to make sure the changes we make support the business rather than creating new problems elsewhere - a small workflow change can ripple into reporting, responsibilities and customer communication.

"This sounds like a big project. We don't have time."

The reason we use a structured approach is to make the process more efficient, not more complicated. Taking the time to understand and design properly helps avoid costly mistakes and unnecessary disruption later - without it, businesses often experience trial and error, rework and delayed decisions instead.

Can't we just do this ourselves?
"We can probably do this ourselves."

You absolutely know your business better than anyone. Our role isn't to replace that knowledge - it's to combine your understanding of the business with our experience designing and improving systems and processes across other organisations.

"Our team won't use it."

A system only creates value if people use it. That's why we focus not just on configuration, but on understanding your team, designing practical processes, and making sure people know how the solution supports them - backed by structured training and support after launch, not just a handover document. Adoption is considered from the very first conversation, not bolted on at the end.

Working with us
What happens after I get in touch?

Every engagement starts the same way - with an enquiry, then a discovery call so we can understand your business and what you're looking to achieve. We won't propose a solution or a price on that call - once we've got a clear picture, we'll come back to you with a scoped proposal, before any paid work (including Diagnose) begins.

Do you only work with certain industries or sizes of business?

No. We work with businesses across every sector and size, and HubSpot is the platform we build around for all of them - but how it's configured, and what it's connected to, is worked out fresh for each client, not applied from a template. Size isn't the deciding factor either: a smaller business gets clear structure early, while a larger one gets the same evidence-led approach applied across more moving parts.

How is pricing worked out?

Every engagement is scoped individually, based on what we learn during your discovery call. Your investment reflects the complexity and value of what's actually involved for your business - not a generic day-rate or fixed package.
